Globus Medical Inc. in Limerick, PA seeks a CNC Machine Operator for 1st shift. You will set up and operate CNC milling machines, perform changes overs, and ensure parts meet drawings within tolerance. You will inspect parts, complete paperwork, and uphold GMP, SOPs and safety standards.

Team-oriented role requiring strong attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to train colleagues. Local applicants preferred; standard benefits and full-time hours offered.

Formación

• Measures, inspects, loads/unloads parts from CNC machine.
• Implements dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed.
• Proficient at set-ups and job change overs of existing programs.
• Troubleshoot issues during machine set up with minimal assistance.
• Reads and interprets G code to understand production sequences.
• Trains other employees as a team member.
• Completes quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Inspects products per drawings, travelers and process specs.
• Complies with SOPs, safety regulations and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate assigned CNC milling machines to produce parts.
• Perform basic machine changeovers and verify dimensions against drawings.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Communicate issues to Group Manager and coordinate with team to meet goals.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and company code of conduct.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent
