Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group in Corona, CA is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist for day/evening shifts. You will set up and operate CNC milling machines, read blueprints, and prepare tools, offsets, fixtures, and workholding to meet production goals.

The role requires strong GD&T skills, accuracy with micrometers and calipers, and the ability to troubleshoot tooling issues while maintaining quality and safety. Compensation is $29-$30 per hour with overtime available.

Qualifications

• CNC Mill Set-Up experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines as required.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts for conformance.
• Set tools, offsets, fixtures, and workholding and make offset adjustments as needed.
• Make program/offset adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring equipment to ensure tolerances.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues and maintain safety and quality standards.
