Attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Shifts include Day and Night with overtime opportunities on both shifts.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Perform first article inspections and ongoing quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC vertical milling machines using Fanuc controls.
• Read job specifications and verify material and process parameters.
• Maintain safe and organized work area and documentation.

Responsibilities

CNC Mill Operator / Machinist

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour

Location: Tulsa Area, Oklahoma

Shifts: Days & Nights Available

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator / Machinist to join a manufacturing team! This position involves setting up and operating 3-axis CNC vertical milling machines with Fanuc controls to produce precision components that meet quality and production standards. We are looking for a skilled machinist with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
• Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
• Overtime opportunities available on both shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC vertical milling machines using Fanuc controls.

• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to set work offsets, tool heights, and use precision measuring instruments.
• Proficiency with shop math, including fractions, decimals, and basic geometry.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and work independently.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training, technical school, or machining apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
