Job summary

HireCall is seeking a CNC Operator to join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing shop. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC experience who is comfortable working in a smaller shop environment and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities.

Pay is $18.00/hour with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and some overtime opportunities available. The shop is climate-controlled and the team emphasizes reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of CNC experience preferred.
• Milling and turning experience preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Must be able to use measuring instruments accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be flexible with duties and job responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling and/or turning equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
• Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality.
• Assist with various shop duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Be willing to help wherever needed in a smaller-shop environment.
