Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced CNC Mill Programmer / Setup Operator for a full-time, first-shift position in Butner, NC. The ideal candidate can program, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment, read blueprints, adjust tool offsets, inspect parts, and troubleshoot machining issues. You will produce accurate, high-quality parts while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
• Perform tooling setups and make precise tool offset adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Create detailed drawings when needed
• Identify and process materials such as aluminum and galvanized steel
