Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is seeking a CNC Mill or Lathe Operator in Clackamas, OR. The role offers a 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu) from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with strong team support and growth opportunities in a small, family-owned metal shop.

You will set up, operate, and edit CNC programs, contribute to quality production, and maintain a safe, clean environment while cross-training on equipment. Prior CNC exposure is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years CNC or general shop experience
• Familiarity with CNC Lathe or Mill operation and basic setup
• Willingness to learn and take direction
