Job summary

TempExperts is seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators for 2nd & 3rd shift in Clearwater, FL, on a temp-to-hire basis. The role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong measurement skills, experience with precision tools, and the ability to edit programs offline. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position with opportunity for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.

• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met.
• Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all production and safety procedures.

A rapidly growing manufacturing organization in Clearwater is seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators to join their team across multiple shifts. What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
