Qualifications

• Experience with CNC mill setup and operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and customer specs.
• Experience making machine offsets and basic program edits.
• Skilled with precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills to produce parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints to confirm program and setup requirements.
• Dry-run new programs and verify machine operation before production.
• Make offsets and minor edits to hold tolerance.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring equipment to meet specs.
• Follow work orders and safety procedures.
