Job summary

WEBCO MFG is actively seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Lenexa, KS. The role focuses on precise and efficient high-quality machining to meet customer specifications. We offer an ESOP structure and a strong benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience, be comfortable with a 7am–3:30pm shift, and perform standard inspection tasks per ISO 9001. OT opportunities are readily available and the working environment is air-conditioned.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience
• Able to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to read and interpret Geometric Tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Understand ISO 9001 quality standards

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery as required
• Use precision tools to produce items per specifications
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections
• Maintain and clean machinery and tooling regularly
• Comply with ISO 9001 quality standards
