US Tech Solutions is seeking skilled machinists for a rapid prototype machine shop in Seattle, WA. The contract role focuses on fabricating precision metal parts for automated conveyance systems and robotics hardware, with a 2.30 PM–11.00 PM PST second shift.

The position runs 11 months with potential extension or conversion, and requires setup/machining experience, G/M code proficiency, and tight tolerance work to 0.01 mm.

Formación

• Precision measurement proficiency with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges; IPI documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting G&M code and blueprints (Setup level).
• CNC Mill operation and maintenance experience (3+ years for Operator; 5+ years for Setup Machinist).

Responsabilidades

• Set up machinists: receive travelers, load fixtures, dial in tight tolerances, and hand off to operators.
• Operators: perform daily machine checks, clock into jobs, load/unload raw stock and parts, deburr, and complete IPI sheets using calipers and micrometers.
