Delva Tool & Machine in Cinnaminson, NJ seeks skilled machinists to operate Mazak 5-axis lines and own spindle time, supporting aerospace component production at Level I or Level II.
You will read prints, perform in-process inspection with calipers and micrometers, flag out-of-tolerance conditions, troubleshoot dimensional drift, and mentor Level I colleagues on your machine. This is a two-shift operation with competitive pay.
Our Mazak 5-axis lines are the backbone of our missile component production, and the backlog is growing. We need machinists who can step onto the floor, own their spindle time, and keep conforming parts moving -- whether you are building the fundamentals at Level I or running complex 5-axis setups independently at Level II.

Delva Tool & Machine is an AS9100 Rev D certified precision machine shop in Cinnaminson, NJ. We produce aerospace and defense components -- held to tolerances of +/-.0002" across aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and tool steels. This is not a job shop turning generic parts. Our facility runs two shifts across 17 machines in D1 alone, including Mazak 5-axis horizontals with robotic loaders and automated pallet systems. The work is demanding, the standards are real, and the components end up in defense systems that have to perform.
$20.00 - $30.00/hr ($41,600 - $62,400/yr), based on experience and level. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Delva runs two shifts -- let us know your preference when you apply.
