Job summary

PHD, Inc. is seeking a Mill Machinist in Huntington, IN to set up, program and run CNC Mill machines producing precision parts to exact specifications.

You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, adjust tooling and offsets, and perform secondary operations plus thorough inspections with CMM and gauges. Working with multiple departments, you’ll help ensure quality and on-time delivery in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum machining experience.
• CNC Lathe/Mill certification desired.
• Experience with GD&T and blueprint interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mill machines.
• Program and manage offsets and feeds/speeds.
• Perform secondary operations and inspections.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T drawings.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering and Maintenance.
