C&A Tool Engineering, Inc. in Northeast Indiana is seeking qualified CNC machinists to operate Mori Seiki NV5000 and other multi‑axis mills, set up tools, read prints and verify tolerances.

The position offers 2nd and 3rd shift with a 10% differential, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, PTO, life insurance and disability coverage, plus tuition reimbursement. Qualifikationen

• Dependable and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate CNC Mill and read blueprints with GD&T.
• Make offsets and set work positions to meet tolerances.
• Use micrometers, calipers and optical comparators.
• Follow Quality Procedures and basic math/ computer skills.
• Experience with 2nd/3rd shift operations preferred.
