The expectation of our CNC Mill Machinist is to produce high precision parts utilizing established knowledge and experience with machine shop best practices.**What We're Looking For?*** High School Diploma or GED, associate degree, trade school training or apprenticeship program in a mechanical discipline or tool and die making.* 2+ years’ operating CNC mills (preferably HAAS 3-axis)* Ability to read/comprehend technical prints and tolerances in metric dimensioning.* Have proven ability to edit/verify programs on the HAAS conversational control for multi-axis parts.* Must have the ability to set-up parts and cutting tools accurately.* Must be able to develop and produce fixtures when needed.* Ability to inspect close tolerance part features using gage blocks, indicators, bore gages, micrometers, etc.* Experience in machining various materials i.e., aluminum, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, engineered plastics.* Ability to contribute to driving process improvements.* Must be prepared to work occasional overtime when required.* The physical strength to be able to handle weights of up to 50 lbs.* Must operate with good manufacturing practices daily.* Work as part of a solid team.There's no monopoly on good ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
