CNC Mill Machine Operators

(3-4) for medical device manufacturer located in the Lake Forest CA area. Great opportunity with a stable company. Main focus will be operating Makino and Kiwa Horizontal Mill, Vertical Mill, and Conventional Sinker.

This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity. Hours are 2nd Shift, 3:15 PM- 11:45 PM, Monday - Friday plus 2 Saturdays a month. Saturday hours are 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM.

Overtime is mandatory. Company will complete Drug Screen and Background Check prior to start. Pay is $17.50 - $24/hr depending on experience. Excellent benefits including 100% paid medical, dental and vision for employees and 401K with 4% matching after the first year.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Makino and Kiwa (Horizontal, Vertical Mill, Conventional Sinker) and any new equipment thereafter.
• Follow Machine Procedures.
• Loading and Unloading Parts.
• Read prints.
• Learn set-up, power setting, and off-sets.
• Measure parts to be machined.
• Use comparators, micrometers, and calipers to check parts.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year Machine Operation experience.
• Great attention to detail.
• Must have basic mathematics ability for adding/subtracting decimals and fractions; must be able to read prints and understand dimensional tolerances.
• Desire to learn new trade - company will provide training and guidance.
• Good attendance and a low scrap rate are very important to this company.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.50 - $24.00 Per Hour
