Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a CNC Mill & Lathe Production Operator in Racine, WI to operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality standards. You will set up, adjust offsets, replace inserts, and document results using precision measuring tools.

The role requires prior CNC experience, comfort with tool changes and offsets, and the ability to read blueprints and use gauges and micrometers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNC operator or in CNC machining.
• Comfort with tool changes and offsets (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and use gauges, micrometers, and related tools.

Responsibilities

With your eye for detail, you set up your station, confirm tool offsets, and verify the correct inserts are in place. As parts run on CNC mills and lathes, you monitor quality, make precise adjustments, and document results using precision measuring tools. Throughout the day, you keep your area tidy and your workflow efficient—meeting production targets without sacrificing accuracy. When a tool wears, you replace it; when a tolerance drifts, you correct it.
