Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a CNC Mill & Lathe Production Operator in Racine, WI to operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality standards. You will set up, adjust offsets, replace inserts, and document results using precision measuring tools.

The role requires prior CNC experience, comfort with tool changes and offsets, and the ability to read blueprints and use gauges and micrometers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNC operator or in CNC machining.
• Comfort with tool changes and offsets (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and use gauges, micrometers, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC mills and lathes in a production setting.
• Perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and replace inserts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions.
• Inspect components using precision measuring equipment.
• Meet established quality and throughput goals.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
