WEBCO MFG, a growing employee-owned company in Paola, KS, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join the machining team. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offering a competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package including ESOP and quarterly bonuses.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of related experience, the ability to read blueprints, perform precise measurements, and maintain high quality. Join a company committed to quality, delivery, and employee ownership.

Competenze

• 2 years of related machining experience.

Mansioni

• Operate CNC mills, lathes and other machinery to produce parts.

CNC Machinist – M-F, 7am-330pm

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. A successful Machinist at WEBCO MFG is both Efficient and Precise, meeting customer specifications and expectations by delivering high-quality Machining done efficiently.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements

• 2 years of related experience


• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F


• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions


• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance


• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
