Bracalente Manufacturing Group is a precision machining company that’s been pushing the boundaries of manufacturing excellence for over 70 years. Our parts power industries like aerospace, medical, EV, defense, agriculture, and more — and now, we’re hiring for our 2nd shift CNC team.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss machines or CNC Mills
• Read and interpret part drawings, travelers, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)
• Complete in-process quality control documentation and inspection sheets
• Maintain production flow: prompt machine start-up, smooth shift handoffs, and run-throughs during breaks
• Support continuous improvement, 6S, and lean initiatives

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have experience with Swiss lathes (Star, Miyano, or other Fanuc-controlled machines), or horizontal/vertical mills (Makino, Haas, Brother)
• Know how to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
• Are comfortable operating multiple machines
• Take ownership of your work and love being part of a team
• Have strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills (trig/geometric formulas are a plus)
• Can perform visual inspection on small parts (microscope)

Shift & Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (4-day workweek!)

+10% Shift Differential

Pay & Perks:

• 22–36/hour depending on experience
• 2,500 Signing Bonus
• $1,250 after 30 days
• $1,250 after 90 days
