Job summary

Republic Manufacturing is seeking a Mazak CNC Machinist to support daily manufacturing goals in safety, quality, delivery and cost. Duties include setting up machines, loading tools, submitting first articles to Quality, and documenting non-conformances.

Candidates should read engineering drawings, hold tight tolerances, and work with minimal supervision. Experience with Mazatrol or similar conversational programming is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reading engineering drawings is required.
• Must be able to hold tight tolerances on complex parts.
• Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to produce parts per existing programs.
• Submit first article to Quality and adjust as needed.
• Document non-conformances and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform daily PM.
