Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Team Leader - Area 1 for 2nd shift to set up and run machines in Area 1. You will coordinate customers and suppliers, install CNC programs, and drive improvements to meet budget targets while leading CI initiatives.

You will oversee maintenance activities, contribute to prototyping and new product launches, and ensure autonomous maintenance through daily inspections and fault analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with courses in industrial/mechanical tech, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in machine tech/operations and routine maintenance.
• Career Readiness Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer/supplier containment activities.
• Setup technologies within established time studies.
• Create and install CNC programs.
• Coordinate setup activities using department schedule.
• Lead and participate CI process and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cell on quality process assurance.
• Participate in program and cell launches of new products.
