Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software.

Responsibilities

• CNC Programming and Operation: Develop and modify CNC programs for machining operations.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality; implement improvements to increase productivity.
• Quality Control: Collaborate with quality teams to ensure products meet specifications; troubleshoot quality issues.
• Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work with design and engineering to interpret drawings and provide production input.
• Training and Documentation: Train operators on CNC processes; maintain documentation of programs and setups.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies to improve processes and practices.
