Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Brunswick, GA to support CNC machining, fabrication, process improvement, inspection, and quality initiatives. Hands-on engineers or recent graduates will work closely with machinists, quality personnel, and design engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Exposure to CNC machining and CAM software.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC machining programs, setups, and manufacturing processes.
• Support fabrication operations including laser cutting and forming processes.
• Design and improve workholding, fixturing, and production methods.
• Perform dimensional inspection and support quality documentation.
• Investigate manufacturing and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability and throughput.
