Job summary

360 Recruiter Accelerator seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support CNC machining and production operations, developing and sustaining high-precision processes that meet quality standards and manufacturing requirements. The ideal candidate brings hands-on CNC experience, strong problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, quality, and scalability.

You will collaborate with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams and contribute to CAPEX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in precision machining or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, GD&T, cutting tools, and process capability.
• Experience improving cycle times, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.
• Proficiency with CAD software and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and strong troubleshooting/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for precision components.
• Create and maintain routers, work instructions, SOPs, and process diagrams.
• Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase throughput on multi-axis CNC centers.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and workholding for tight tolerances.
• Support NPI from prototype to full production release.
• Analyze production data (OEE, downtime, scrap, yield) to drive improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and PM teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.
• Support capacity planning, workflow optimization, and equipment utilization.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Evaluate CAPEX investments to improve capacity and efficiency.
