Job summary

GE Vernova in Bangor, ME seeks a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to advance CNC machining processes, lean methods, and safety. You will collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure precision, reliability, and efficiency in critical infrastructure components.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent experience, CNC experience, and willingness to work Fri-Sun shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• At least 1 year of CNC experience (Programming preferred).
• Willing to work Fri–Sun 6am–6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods to support Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Understand how own work and team work integrates with other teams.
• Propose solutions outside set parameters with minimal guidance.
