Job summary

Celerity Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to help develop, optimize, and improve CNC machining processes in a precision manufacturing environment. The role involves programming, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Design and Engineering to improve manufacturability.

You will train operators, maintain documentation, and explore new technologies to boost quality and productivity while supporting project goals and Quality with issue investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs for machining operations.
• Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Evaluate robotic technologies and recommend solutions that support project goals.
• Work with Quality to investigate issues and ensure products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to interpret technical drawings and improve manufacturability.
• Provide manufacturing input during product development and process planning.
• Train machine operators on CNC processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate CNC program, setup, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to apply new technologies and stay current with manufacturing best practices.
