Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of CNC engineering support in manufacturing.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Support CNC engineering activities for multiple processes (ID/OD grinding, drilling, milling, turning).
• Provide technical direction and oversee vendors to meet quality and production needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive problem-solving and equipment improvements.
• Provide day-to-day support of manufacturing operations and maintenance.
• Identify and address safety and ergonomic issues; assist in training and documentation.
• Participate in project planning to complete tasks on schedule and within budget.
