Job summary

Searchmasters Inc in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to optimize CNC programming for mills and lathes, and to design tooling using SolidWorks 3D CAD. You will troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvements across production.

The role requires MasterCam proficiency, a BS degree, and hands-on machining experience to review drawings, ensure quality, and implement productivity initiatives with CNC programmers and shop floor teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MasterCam for CNC programming and optimization.
• Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software for tooling and fixture design
• Demonstrated ability to develop and improve CNC machining processes
• Strong machining background with hands-on manufacturing expertise
• BS degree required
