CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in CNC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CNC machining processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance production flow.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize designs for manufacturability.
• Train and mentor production staff on CNC operations and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain documentation of manufacturing processes and improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on CNC machining.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Understanding of machining processes and G-Code programming.
• Experience with tool design and quality control techniques.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and precision measurement methods.
