Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in CNC programming with CAD/CAM software.
• Solid knowledge of AS1900 and ISO9001 standards.
• Proven CAM programming experience.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs for complex parts.
• Oversee manufacturing from design to production, ensuring specs and quality.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Improve machining processes, tooling, and fixtures for productivity.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Train operators on new CNC programs and processes.
• Ensure ISO9001 compliance and conduct periodic audits.
• Maintain equipment calibration and stay updated on manufacturing tech.
