Saelens LLC in Johnson Creek, WI is seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and improve CNC machining processes. This role suits an experienced CNC programmer taking on broader engineering responsibilities to boost performance and precision.

The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, improving manufacturing efficiency, and delivering high-quality parts in a tight-tolerance environment. On-site role with competitive pay and bonus eligibility.

Competenze

• Experience with CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software.

About this position

Description: CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Johnson Creek, WI

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Reports To: Engineering Manager

Pay Range: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus when hired directly by Saelens LLC. Candidates hired through a staffing agency or recruiter are not eligible.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and cutting tool selection.
• Knowledge of robotic systems and automation technologies; experience programming and configuring robotic systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in technology, processes, and project requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
