Job summary

You will inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges, read blueprints and work orders, and document findings. Strong English, teamwork, and reliability are essential; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience required.
• Reading/writing/speaking English required.
• Experience with CNC, milling, grinding, and press operation preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform visual quality inspections and document findings.
• Ability to learn, problem-solve, and follow work instructions.
• Ability to communicate and work as a team member.
• Overtime may be required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling/grinding, induction, assembly, or related semi-automated equipment to produce quality parts.
• Inspect products during production using micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators, and logs.
• Read work orders and blueprints to verify specs and bill of materials.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report defects to technical staff.
• Perform routine set-ups, changeovers and adjustments to meet specifications.
• Record production counts, scrap, and labor hours; complete paperwork or electronic entries.
• Adhere to 6S lean standards and participate in lean activities.
• Cross-train by rotating to different machines/work areas.
