Qualifications

• Reading and understanding blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with AutoCAD software for reading, editing, and creating blueprints.
• Proficient in precision measuring using micrometers and calipers.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and trade-type tools to perform repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Ability to work effectively without direct supervision and be comfortable instructing others if needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, and other shop equipment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using blueprints and manuals.
• Prepare bills of material, specifications, and work orders.
