Job summary

Software Placement Group, SPG in Sedalia, MO, is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to keep CNC machines, machining centers, robotics, and supporting equipment running reliably in a high-precision manufacturing operation.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, interpret schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and track activities in the CMMS. Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills, plus adherence to safety procedures, are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of CNC maintenance experience.
Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
Experience using electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, machining centers, and robotics.
Install and maintain machine tool equipment and control systems.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.
Interpret schematics and technical documentation.
Generate and track maintenance activities through the CMMS system.
Provide daily maintenance updates and status reports.
