Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC lathes, mills, and related equipment at our Cincinnati, OH facility. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, calibrate machine geometry, and document maintenance activities in the CMMS.

Reading OEM manuals and schematics is required; LOTO and safety practices apply.

Qualifications

3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC lathes, mills, and manual machining equipment according to OEM specifications and company procedures.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant systems to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Calibrate machine geometry, alignment, and tooling using precision measuring instruments while documenting maintenance activities in the CMMS.
Monitor coolant systems, perform concentration testing and changeouts, and ensure proper disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Identify equipment wear trends, recommend preventative improvements, and coordinate complex repairs with OEM technical support when necessary.
Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of heat treat and furnace equipment, including calibration support and system inspections.
