Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Mechanic with a strong mechanical background to maintain CNC and aerospace manufacturing equipment in our facility in California. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing CNC Mills, Lathes, Grinders, and related production machinery.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, read schematics, and maintain maintenance records.

Qualifications

3+ years of recent experience maintaining CNC machinery in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
Experience troubleshooting CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Grinders, and other production machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Grinders, and other aerospace manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
Identify electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
Replace and repair machine components as needed.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Work closely with production to minimize equipment downtime.
