Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to diagnose and repair machine malfunctions in a non-foundry manufacturing environment. You will perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes, Fanuc robots, lasers, and related automation, with supervision as needed.

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, be able to read complex drawings and formulas, perform shop math, and uphold strict safety practices including Forklift

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or similar.
• Training in Forklift Safety, General Safety, Lock-Out Tag-Out, HAZCOM, Quality, System Awareness, and Arc Flash.
• Ability to read complex drawings and formulas and perform shop math.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating issues.
• Repair and maintain plant equipment with supervisor support.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on automation equipment.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance and replace motors, switches, and fuses.
• Support higher-level technicians by adjusting and rebuilding.
• Promote safe operating procedures and housekeeping.
• Tackle inspections and timely repairs in a non-foundry manufacturing environment.
