Job summary

STS Technical Services is hiring Maintenance Technicians in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support machining maintenance in a CNC environment while helping keep production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other production equipment.
• Ensure asset reliability at high standards.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance and repairs.
• Perform lubrication, filter changes, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment during breakdowns.
• Identify faults in machines, guarding or tooling and report them.
