Job summary

Diamond Precision in Kentucky is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our state-of-the-art machine shop. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance and repair on CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal mills and lathes.

You will troubleshoot issues, repair parts, and keep accurate maintenance records while collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the production team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines.
• Repair and replace defective parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
