Job summary

You will follow safety and ISO procedures, perform spindle replacements, align machines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with production teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC milling equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and PLC controls.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, replace, repair and prevent equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose failures in mechanical and electrical components and parts for repair.
• Perform spindle replacements and machine alignment checks.
• Maintain and enhance the preventative maintenance program.
• Follow safety, ISO procedures, and document parts usage.
• Mentor less senior technicians and participate in continuous improvement.
• Work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.
