Job summary

Responsibilities include diagnosing failures, spindle replacements, and performing preventative maintenance, with strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Vocational or Applied degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience on CNC milling equipment or 5 years CNC milling repair experience.
• Control experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and other PLC experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of maintaining production CNC mills, lathes, mill-turns, broaches, and automatic tool changers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Identify parts for repair and perform immediate, reactive repairs to keep production equipment operational.
• Perform spindle replacements and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Document parts usage and daily paperwork.
• Follow safety practices and ISO procedures.
