Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to sustain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machine tools and related equipment.

The role emphasizes preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC systems, including Haas and/or Okuma machines, and strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machine tools preferred.
• Experience with Haas and/or Okuma CNC machines is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machine tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment failures.
• Maintain and repair CNC machinery, including Haas and Okuma equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety requirements.
• Identify and order replacement parts and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
