Job summary

Haas Automation is seeking a Machine Tool Maintenance 2 to service CNC machines in the machine shop, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of machine tools, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with 5–10 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. SAP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in identifying the correct hand tools and when to use them.
• Understands hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical for CNC machines.
• Fully understands machine tools and their main parts.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety requirements within the department and company.
• Work with Maintenance Coordinator and SAP work order list.
• Leave machines clean and completely assembled at the end of each job.
• Operate coolant support equipment and manage related systems.
• Identify potential problems on CNC machines and report to Facilities Manager.
• Assist in installation of CNC machines, including layout and anchors.
