This is a day shift position: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm.

Reports to: Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understand company operations and equipment; seek help for unfamiliar tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues, with assistance as needed.
• Research parts and information for repairs.
• Fabricate parts and guards when necessary.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventory of supplies and spare parts.
• Communicate effectively about equipment issues and repairs.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Follow safety and housekeeping standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Relevant experience and training.
• Willingness to pursue formal training.
• Basic knowledge of electrical theory, materials, and electrical equipment operation.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
