Jaquith Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machinery, laser cutting, welding, and automated systems.

The role supports a safe, efficient production environment and offers ongoing opportunities to contribute to reliability improvements. Shifts available include Monday–Friday 6pm–2:30am or Monday–Thursday 1pm–11:30pm.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical controls.
• Ability to diagnose and complete routine repairs using manuals and schematics.
• Experience with CNC machinery, laser cutting, welding, or automated systems preferred.
• Good problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, bending, standing.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment including CNC, laser, welding, and automated systems.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and components.
• Troubleshoot electrical components and basic controls; coordinate advanced repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and analyze recurring failures for improvements.
• Assist with equipment installations, relocations, rebuilds, and startup testing.
• Maintain facility systems like compressed air, ventilation, and building repairs.
• Document maintenance work and coordinate priorities with leadership and production.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and supervise Maintenance Technician I when assigned.
