Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, LLC in Michigan is seeking a skilled CNC maintenance technician to Install, maintain, and repair CNC machinery and related systems within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will work to keep production running smoothly by performing preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent), 2–4 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Journeyman’s card is desirable for career growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Driver’s license required.
• Journeyman’s card desirable for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test CNC machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Discuss machine operation variations with management to diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation of new CNC equipment and tooling.
• Dismantle defective machines and install repaired parts.
• Inspect and maintain facility components and systems as needed.
