Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in Bridgeport, MI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and service CNC machinery and equipment. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble systems, support production by modifying and installing industrial machinery, and analyze failures to find root causes while improving safety and maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years' experience in industrial or manufacturing mechanics.
• Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test CNC machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Assist with installation, calibration, and setup of CNC equipment.
• Review failure modes to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with vendors for component cost and availability.
