Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Corporation in Wichita, KS seeks a CNC Maintenance Technician to keep a 24/7 aerospace manufacturing line running. You will install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, pumps, HVAC, and other facility equipment to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining ERP/CMMS records, and safely operating forklifts and lifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance required.
• Experience levels I-III with CNC machining centers; Level III preferred.
• Experience with Okuma, Makino, Toyoda or Fadal machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, specifications, and schematics to determine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform moderate to advanced troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on CNC machines and facility equipment.
• Maintain ERP/CMMS records and manage parts inventory as needed.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and participate in safety training.
• Operate material-handling equipment and assist in training junior technicians.
