• Minimum of 8 years hands-on CNC troubleshooting experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and shop equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers for repairs and parts.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment diagrams, manuals, and specifications to diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
• Identify equipment problems through observation and use of precision tools.
• Dismantle equipment and replace defective parts using tools, hoists, and cranes.
• Adjust, align, and calibrate components and instruments to ensure proper operation.
• Assist with installation and relocation of shop machinery and equipment.
• Fabricate replacement parts as needed using shop tools.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for complex repairs and parts.
• Maintain inventories and process purchase requisitions for parts.
