Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment diagrams, manuals, and specifications to diagnose malfunctions.
• Identify equipment problems through observation and measurement.
• Dismantle equipment and replace defective parts using hand tools and hoists.
• Adjust and calibrate components and control instruments for proper operation.
• Assist with installation and relocation of shop machinery.
• Fabricate repair parts as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex repairs and parts.
• Maintain inventories and document maintenance activities.
• Reduce downtime by sharing routine maintenance practices with production.
• Support facility maintenance and follow safety procedures.
